Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog!

I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who is on the constant look-out for new fun and easy ideas to help make good, healthy food easy, fun and delicious! One of my favorite things to do is browse all the amazing food blogs out there and run to the kitchen and make something immediately if I happen to have all the ingredients… and even when I don’t ;)!

I created this blog in order to chronicle all the wonderfully, easy, nourishing foods I have found over the months and years (with an Erin twist) and to share them with you. I tend to focus on traditionally fermented products (like sauerkraut, Kombucha, sourdough breads etc.), grain-free foods and raw foods. None of the recipes I intend to post have any unrecognizable ingredients, and all are whole-foods!

I beleive that eating should be fun and pleasurable as well as healthy, or what is the point?! 🙂 I am not a chef, and am definitely still learning to make up recipes, which is why I focus on easy eatables! Foods that even I can dream-up! and beleive me, if I can do it, so can you!
